Where RealBat is different
The ball is not on rails
Every delivery in RealBat is physics from the moment it leaves the bowler's hand to the moment it reaches the rope. Pace bowlers swing it and seam it; spinners drift it and turn it off the pitch. You read it from the hand, the seam and the flight. Bowlers work to a plan, so line and length change over by over, and a new bowler comes on every over.
The sweet spot is real
RealBat doesn't paint a sweet spot on the bat. It works it out from the bat's weight and shape, so where you hit the ball, and how fast the bat is moving, decides where it goes. Hit it twice and the umpire has something to say.
Your bat, not a guess at it
Strap a controller to the back of your own bat, lock it to the outline once, and it stays calibrated. Put a second controller on the other face and the game blends them, so when one turns away from the headset's cameras mid-drive the other carries the swing. A field that fights back
Fielders chase, dive and take catches. The keeper stands up to stump you if you wander out of your crease. The umpire signals the fours, the sixes and the wides, and the crowd reacts to every one. Look down and your batsman is there; a ball on the pads can be given out LBW.
Where iB Cricket may suit you better
- You want to play against friends. iB Cricket lists player-versus-player and co-op modes. RealBat has leaderboards but no head-to-head play yet.

Can I use my iB Cricket bat with RealBat?
RealBat doesn't need any particular bat: it matches the virtual bat to wherever the controller sits. If your bat holds a Touch controller firmly, choose Bat attachment when the game asks about your bat, line the blade up with the outline and lock it. Check the mount is tight before you swing hard.
